Reporting to the Branch Manaer/Area Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Overall management of outlet’s costs, profits & losses
- Develop sales target with strategies, monitor sales performance of stalls & mini restaurants, and cost control
- Sourcing of new tenants & handle new stall set up process
- Uphold Company’s Rules & Regulations
- Provide assistance on requests/queries from Tenants, Customers & Cleaners
- Conduct routine outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks
- Maintain good standards of outlet’s overall aesthetics (Food/Stall Display)
- Point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on outlet operations
- Any other duties as assigned by your Superior

**Requirements**:

- O/N Level or relevant Certificate in F&B related discipline
- Proven sales record in achieving sales target and projected profit
- Excellent math and accounting skills
- Able to handle cash count or audit
- Well-groomed with an outgoing and friendly attitude
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work 6 days a week on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
