**Job Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a pool branch outlet, ensuring efficient functioning and excellent customer service. This position involves managing staff, optimizing sales, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the pool area.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
- Develop staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**Operations Management**
- Oversee daily operations as per service standard, including pool maintenance, water quality checks, and cleanliness of the pool area and changing rooms.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

**Sales and Promotion**:

- Track sales performance and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analysing the requirement to open class and optimization the pool to achieve sales performance of the overall branch requirement.

**Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring that the branch operates within financial guidelines.
- Monitor expenses, revenue to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue generation.

**Class Management and Internal Stakeholder Liaison**
- Supervise the scheduling, coordination, and execution of various classes and training programs within the branch, ensuring seamless operations and a positive branch experience for student and parents.
- Collaborate closely with class instructors, coaches, and other internal stakeholders to develop class schedules, allocate resources, and maintain high teaching standards.
- Act as a liaison between management and instructors, conveying organizational objectives and expectations clearly, and ensuring that classes align with the branch's overall mission and vision.
- Address any challenges or conflicts related to class management promptly, striving to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Management, Retail /Recreation Management, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in managing retail, F&B or gym recreational outlet.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
