Company Description

We are building our sales team in China to help us drive our enterprise product, Shopify Plus. Our Enterprise Sales Representatives will work directly with brands in the region to understand and develop their commerce strategies and advise on how Shopify Plus can help them meet their Cross Border goals

**This is a remote position, the hire needs to be based in Singapore, and Mandarin proficiency is required.**

**Job Description**:
You’ll be working on things like:

- Generating Pipeline and closing Net new logos for Shopify Plus in the Greater China region (China, Hong Kong & Taiwan)
- Understanding our merchants unique business goals, needs, and challenges, helping them to grow their businesses with Shopify Solutions
- Creating a Point of View and Value proposition
- Effectively moving your deals through the sales cycle to close
- Working on complex deal cycles collaborating with stakeholders like Partner managers, Merchant Success Managers, Solution Engineers, Launch Engineers etc..
- Collaborating on projects within the team and with other Shopify teams to deliver the highest level of the merchant experience

**Qualifications**:
You’ll need to have:

- Native in Mandarin with high English proficiency
- 7+ years of experience selling SAAS & Cloud Software solutions in Greater China
- Understanding of Cross Border Commerce within the GCR market
- Experience working with SAAS Partners
- Managing a complex deal cycle
- Experience in Value Selling
- High energy and a strong work ethic drive the teams and individual goals
- Experience in working with global teams
- The ability to work in a self-directed manner, navigating through a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent relationship, conversation, and influence skills
- Product knowledge and desire to become a Shopify expert for the Greater China region
