**Position Description**:
A business development director works closely with the business and technical teams and will be in charged with performing analytical tasks for the purpose of developing, analyzing and distributing sales and productivity reports to top management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducts market research into emerging trends in the industry.
- Develops and implements targeted surveys for the purpose of gathering market information.
- Conducts organizational studies and work simplification studies to help streamline business processes.
- Analyzes work flows and makes recommendations for streamlining or improving the process.
- Documents findings of studies and implements new systems or procedures based on those findings.
- Identifies potential new markets.
- Assists with writing proposals.
- Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.

**Requirements**:

- Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as good presentation skills.
- Must have excellent analytical and research skills.
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Must be willing to work long and flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or similar.
- Master of business administration degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience in Application Testing (Bank) or IoT domain is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in computer operation and business software is an added advantage.
