Team Introduction
Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions.
We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.

TikTok is seeking an experienced leader from the domain of Media Sales and Agency with demonstrated success in managing large agency portfolios across both regional and national levels. The Channel Partnership Lead will manage TikTok's relationships in the countries of care (Singapore, Malaysia & Philippines) with Independent Agencies and will be responsible for scaling TikTok marketing solutions through this important channel.

They will manage and build a strategically focused / consultative team, supporting the selling of TikTok for Business solutions to Independent Agencies. They will lead a diverse team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a self-starter who has a demonstrated sales record, experience in account management / client services role and is well-versed in the agency ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own, accurately forecast and exceed quarterly & yearly sales goals for yourself and your team
- Working hand in hand with your team leads and team, to design and execute sales strategies that will increase TikTok's share of revenue through partnership with Independent Agencies across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines
- Strengthen TikTok's relationship with agencies, with a focus on developing relationships at CxO and senior leadership level
- Lead and partner XFN teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives across agency & key account engagement, product deployment, measurement best practices and other external focused business plans
- Define agency account segmentation and mutually beneficial plans to unlock investments and help agencies drive their business priorities
- Continuously innovate with your team to build persuasive sales narratives that resonates with agencies and advertisers alike, based on historical performance, market trends and successful case studies
- Build and consult on full funnel marketing approaches such as branding, performance driven & commerce/sales; empowering Agencies to leverage TikTok ad solutions, creative approaches, ad tech infrastructure and measurement solutions
- Design and execute both scaled and focused agency enablement and education programs
- Deliver weekly business analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks that help inform decisions and refine Go To Market plans
- Develop annual and quarterly business plans, synthesising market data, agency analysis and defining the overall business approach for the next level of success for TikTok

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Proven track record in advertising & sales management; minimum 5 years of strong people management experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding and experience working with across the media & creative agency ecosystem, as well as experience working with their key brand and performance advertisers
- Established relationships with CxOs and senior leaderships of large agencies and key global brands within Singapore, Malaysia & Philippines
- Holistic knowledge and understanding of digital media platforms, full funnel strategies and measurement of business outcomes

- Critical thinking skills through a data-driven approach. Demonstrate the ability to analyse sales trends and digest large amounts of complex information to develop solutions and inform decisions
- Success in continuously innovating and building effective programs that will help deliver a mutually beneficial business outcome for agencies and their clients
