The successful incumbent will collaborate with Business Development on sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals and drive business expansion.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Working closely with Business Development and internal stakeholders to develop, implement and execute data-driven sales and marketing campaigns
- Tracking and reviewing campaigns results against KPIs to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
- Actively seeking new partnerships for opportunities and nurture existing business relationships
- Owning the passion and desire to create new (hopefully viral) content and repurpose existing content for engagement and growth on various social media channels such as Tik Tok, Instagram and Telegram
- Supporting any other business strategies/directives from senior management

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in a relevant discipline (Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Financial Engineering/ Data Management/ Statistics)
- At least 3 years working experience in a Business Development/Partnership/Sales & Marketing role
- Basic knowledge in Equity Products / Digital Content Marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, meticulous and can work under pressure and tight timeline in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and innovative, ability to think out of the box
- Ability to work independently but also thrive in collaborative team projects when needed
- Possess good knowledge in digital and social media platforms management such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Telegram and Zoom
- Basic knowledge in mobile video editing apps and Canva software
- Knowledge in financial industry and keen interest in any financial products such as Equity/Bonds/Funds/Options/ETFs will be advantageous
- Keeping up with the latest social media trends
- An existing active user of ProsperUs investment account will be advantageous
