**Your new company**

Our client is one of the largest private property developers that is listed in SGX. They are looking for a HRBP to join their team

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Head of HR, your job scope includes but not limited to the following:

- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, structures and processes, and in workforce planning.
- Analyse trends and metrics to develop people solutions, programmes and policies.
- Help business leaders to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards and business requirements.
- Provide advice to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions etc), and work with management and employees to build a highly engaged workforce.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR / Business.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience handling regional HR in the hospitality sector, preferably with a hotel management company with overseas operations.
- Immediate / short notice preferred
