**Job Description: Director - Hospitality Valuations and Advisory, APAC**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Valuation and Consulting Services**
- Conduct valuations of hotel, resort, leisure, gaming and mixed-use assets.
- Prepare valuation reports in accordance with RICS/IVS and relevant local standards.
- Provide market and feasibility studies, investment advisory, operator selection support, and transaction due diligence.
- Analyze cash flows, operating metrics, and competitive positioning for complex hospitality assets.

**Leadership and Business Development**
- Drive business development initiatives and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, developers, lenders, operators, and investors.
- Lead pitches, proposals, and client presentations across the APAC region.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to develop service line strategy, growth plans, and thought leadership.

**Team Management**
- Supervise and mentor junior valuers and analysts, fostering technical excellence and professional development.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Compliance and Professional Standards**
- Ensure full compliance with applicable valuation standards, internal policies, and regulatory licensing requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
- Maintain active valuation licenses/certifications required for practice across key markets.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or related field.
- Member of RICS or equivalent professional body with valuation accreditation.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate valuation.
- Demonstrated expertise in hospitality markets across Singapore, Greater China, Japan, Korea, and Australia.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (DCF, income capitalization, cost and market approaches).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex assignments across different countries and cultures.
- Proven track record in business development and client management.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
