WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? As the Pure Player/Marketplace Marketing Manager Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I), you are a Digital Marketer with a strong understanding of the consumer, their lifestyle, and how they shop online. You are able to support Brand and Business objectives, playing a vital role in defining the future of new commerce. You are a team player and a go-getter, curious and eager to innovate, to test & fail and learn & evolve. You value the importance of data and consumer insights and appreciate the creative process with the ability to seamlessly move between strategy and tactical execution. You will drive brand engagement, clicks and sell though to keep Nike as the #1 brand across the marketplace portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing vision for pure players/marketplaces to transform our brand into the most sophisticated, athlete focused, digital brand in the world. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, working as part of an integrated Consumer Direct O2O Marketing team. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? - Serve as an integral member of the Consumer Direct Marketing team, Consumer Direct Digital Commerce team (NDDC), and overall Territory Marketing team to support and implement an accelerated digital offense to establish a Nike brand voice, vision and strategy across marketplace platforms. - Be the brand representation and brand liaison through collaboration with both internal & external partners to ensure aligned vision and strategy on how Nike shows up in each individual platform. - Lead and create premium and impactful digital experience and journeys, not limited to traditional ones, also have the constantly explore and pilot the new ways of digital marketing such as short-form videos, livestreaming and gamification relevant to each digital marketplace platform. - Lead the seasonal planning, store design management, content ideation & development, needs and distribution across various platform ecosystems. - Lead and strategize platforms’ seasonal plans in partnership with NDDC to plan on platform key moments and products. Co-develop Product Listing Ads agreements, search and brand ads/events. - Collaborate, direct and provide all brand approvals to third party agency partners. - Drive the digital offense against quantifiable outcomes and KPIs with accountability to Brand and Business. - Operationalize digital marketing capability use cases and best practices informed by data insights & analytics to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness. - Facilitate feedback, communicate successes, and share learnings to drive team growth and continuous improvement. - Drive a traffic strategy developing a clear gameplan around achieving conversation through placements, search optimization and creative "hacks", providing pro-active recommendations to maximize traffic. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? You will report to the Nike Direct Digital Marketing Director based in Singapore and work with cross functional teams from Consumer Direct Marketing, Brand Marketing, NDDC, Site Merchandising, Nike Direct Analytics and agency partners. You will also manage direct partnership with key account stakeholders. Our team spans across multiple countries and you will be working with a diverse team based in SEA&I and APLA HQ in Portland. WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing on third party platforms or Digital Marketing. - Understanding of the digital landscape, user experience and our digital platforms. - Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities. - Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.
