**What you will be working on**
- Look forward to working closely with MCCY’s senior management as well as colleagues across MCCY Divisions in driving MCCY’s transformation efforts. You will:
a) Work with senior leaders and co-partner Transformation Office to drive transformation efforts. This includes curating and facilitating Leadership Conversations, support the implementation of transformation projects, monitor and review progress, engaging all levels of MCCY to bring them along in the journey and shape MCCY’s desired culture.
b) Drive leadership development to develop all levels of leaders to MCCY to lead transformation and be better supervisors. This includes using diagnostic tools, Public Service wide milestone programmes, 360 feedback, coaching, partnering external stakeholders to curate and deliver/prototype leadership programmes etc.
c) Use people analytics to understand organisation health and drive employee engagement efforts. This includes administering regular Public Service wide Employee Engagement surveys, regular dipsticks and engagement sessions with management for effective ground sensing. This is followed by analysing insights and working with leadership teams, Divisions, HR and Strategic Planning to implement organisational interventions to address root causes.
d) Plan, design and execute Ministry-wide OD interventions/ engagement activities, such as Townhalls.
e) Work with Divisions and teams to improve team effectiveness and manage changes effectively.
f) Work with Transformation Office to staff CoG Public Service Transformation meetings and reporting.
g) Participate in cross-divisional projects to understand MCCY’s business (as required).

**What we are looking for**
- Someone who is willing to try new ways of working, observant and keen to understand MCCY as a whole system with interconnected parts. You should be able to work independently and also effectively in teams, be comfortable interacting and working with both junior and senior members of MCCY.
Knowledge and relevant experience in leadership development, organisation development, organisation design and change management is an advantage.
