**About the role**

We are currently searching for an experienced business analyst to support our special financial projects and assess how organizational KPIs and financial KPIs are performing and support improving processes and systems. You will also be involved and support the management team in research, integration, product implementation, market entries, mergers and acquisitions.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Review and analyse operational and financial KPI processes to align with the rest of the group.
- To support the finance team in all special projects to strengthen capabilities
- To support the integration of new potential mergers and acquisitions
- To work closely with all entities within the group to identify opportunities and create synergies
- Responsible for conceptualizing new and existing products within the group for new markets.
- To perform research on new resources, banking, and accounting systems to strengthen internal capabilities within the group
- Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively and participate in monthly forecasts for all businesses.
- Prepare all process and KPI documents to improve business performance.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- To review and prioritize projects initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Ad hoc projects as required by the Group Executive Team.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- University degree in business/Finance/Economics.
- Three or more years of experience in systems development
- Proven analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Extensive experience with data visualization has a great sense of figures and has a proven track record in leading M&A projects.
- Must be willing to travel to our different sites around the world.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Time management and organizational skills
