**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced Senior / IT Executive to join our dynamic team at Cedele - The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd in the East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and troubleshooting to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide first-line technical support and resolve IT-related issues for our staff in a timely and efficient manner
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from cyber threats
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate the delivery of IT services
- Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of our IT systems

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware maintenance, and cyber security best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Relevant technical certifications or diplomas in IT or a related field would be an advantage
