- Coordinate the workflow between RAOP/AOP team and other parties
- Management of assigned projects

**Activities**

**Main duties details**:
**Supervise and oversee ISAP/BLI/CMI/RAOP/AOP team**
- Plan, organize and prioritize the work assigned to AOP Team in order to meet deadlines and comply with Credit Agricole-CIB security policy and quality standards as well as other relevant standards.
- Identify and report any non-conformance and potential problems to ensure corrective and/or preventive measures are timely taken as well as continuous improvement initiative are launched when applicable.
- Evaluate AOP staff member skill/knowledge and recommend training plan.
- Evaluate AOP resource requirements and propose team budget.
- Review and conduct appraisals for staff under his charge.

**Coordinate the workflow between ISAP/BLI/CMI/RAOP/AOP team and other parties**
- Mission planning (diffusion, systems setup/implementation, activity transfer, etc.)
- System enhancement - functional and technical approvals.
- Systems enhancement / implementation plan.
- Application support and systems backup / recovery
- Coordinate with ISAP/BLI/CMI team members and other relevant parties for technical issues require escalation.
- Ensure proper planning (organization, schedule, feasibility, etc.)
- Ensur version upgrade, patch installation, and migration works are performed and conforming to existing policies and procedures.
- Ensure periodic database tuning and purging are performed to achieve optimal performance.
- Supervise/organize necessary assistance to the customers with the assistance of other relevant parties when required on impact analysis of deployment/maintenance, test plan, issues follow up, and other related activities.

**Management of assigned projects**
- Initiate and organize project in accordance to ISAP and Credit Agricole-CIB group methodology
- Establish project plan and schedule, assign tasks and perform regular follow-up.
- Act as main contact for all stakeholders of project when applicable
- Control quality of deliveries in terms of installation, system performance, upgrade and expected documentation.

**Secondary duties**:

- Serving as backup person for absent AOP team member, when required.
- Other duties may be assigned.

To ensure you will be an efficient knowledgeable point of contact for the program board, at least one or 2 competencies either technology or business domain would be appreciated
- Technology domain
- Strong knowledge of ITIL process
- Strong maturity in Application production support with ITIL Process or similar

Exposure to production support of Big data technology stack including fast processing technology like java spark
- Capital Market and Market Risk domain:

- Regulatory knowledge (including SIMM, FRTB, CVA, MIFID, )
- Capital Market knowledge - front office, middle office, back officetrade life cycle
- Financial products (Treasury, FX, Credit, IRD, )
- Market Risk knowledge (Pnl explanation, VaR and Stress VaR analysis, product control)
- Market data (Volatilities, Curves, ), Sensitivities
