Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
**Responsibilities**:
Project Management
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Need to be familiar with technical workings of Autonomous Systems to be able to effectively interface with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and external authorities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project team, fostering a culture of SOP adherence, continuous improvement and high performance
Policies and Standards Management
- Support in the development implementation of business policies, procedures, and standards to drive project management excellence. (e.g. ISO9001 QMS)
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with external stakeholders such as Government Authorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and partners
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to facilitate project approvals, compliance, and successful delivery
- Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and public forums related to project activities
Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team
- Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and career development
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation and excellence
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex technology deployment projects
- Knowledge in Autonomous Systems or Systems Engineering is very advantageous
- Previous experience working with Singapore Authorities such as LTA will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality
