Manage a team skilled in data analysis and program management, providing mentorship, guidance, support and career development while enabling deeper, more scalable solutions
- Craft and guide team to its vision: drive impact towards goals, and collaborate with management across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results
Influence direction, design, and execution of analytics initiatives for highly ambiguous areas impacting Scaled Ops/Global ops
- Work with data engineering / data science and other analytics team to establish data sources that serve the organization’s needs, identifying and advocating for process improvements and industry best practices
- Effectively communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways to management across the globe
- Elevate key themes (backed with strong data/insights) and collaborate with Engineering/Product teams for investments in developing long term tooling solutions
- BA/BS or higher degree in STEM (e.g. Statistics) or related field
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or analytics, ideally in an operations environment
- 3+ years of direct experience managing an analytics team
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), or programming languages such as Python
- Experience leveraging knowledge and influencing across multiple programs and stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Experience communicating with management and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (including presentations)
- Experience driving strategic as well as operational projects, supporting both operations and data/analytics stakeholders
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and creative, comfortable operating with a high degree of ambiguity
- Good interpersonal skills, understand the needs of cross functional partnership, ability to connect and cooperate with other teams
- Advanced degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Math, Statistics) and/or MBA
- Experience in operational analytics or operational excellence
- Experience thriving and driving change in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment
- Experience partnering with globally distributed stakeholders/teams
