**Mission** Ensure the daily production of regulatory reporting and the transmission of data to the various "Trade repositories" according to the requirements of the market authorities and the needs of our customers. **Responsibilities** - Ensuring daily production of regulatory reporting under MAS, HKMA, HKEX and CFTC jurisdictions. - Monitoring the generation and sending of daily files to trade repositories or competent authorities as well as processing rejections. - Participating in the testing of new functionalities and performing non-regression tests on the reporting. - Ensuring the implementation of reporting services / services for new customers, in partnership with business lines and customers. - Contributing to service improvement and development projects. - Updating of procedures and documentations related to the operation and production of services. - Documenting and managing production incidents, communicate problems and/or production delays timely to the stakeholders. **Profile** - Degree qualified in Business, Economics or equivalent fields. - Working knowledge of Asia, Swiss, Europe and U.S regulations. - Experience in the production of regulatory reporting via third party submitter (Unavista, Capittech, Traiana) - Good knowledge of banking operations, particularly in derivative instruments. - Proficient user of MS Office suite (e.g. MS Excel), knowledge of Avaloq and Jira would be advantageous. - Excellent command of English (both verbal and written). - Rigorous and methodical and able to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
