We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist to

join our team. This is 6 months contract role arises from increased business activities in the Bank.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting monthly reporting

close, data preparation, and compliance with regulatory returns, primarily MAS Notice 610.

 

Report to the Head of Regulatory Reporting., this role will also involve maintaining reporting process controls for Digibank and supporting new product launches through automation and user testing.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data files for month-end financial closing and regulatory reporting.
Monitor compliance with regulatory ratios and alert management when necessary actions are required.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory updates, changes, and new requirements and provide feedback to MAS as applicable.
Continually assess processes, outputs, and controls to improve operational excellence.
Assist with internal reviews of regulatory reporting and other ad hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking, specializing in financial or regulatory reporting.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with MAS regulatory reporting guidelines, practices, and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creativity and comfort with unstructured assignments and problem-solving in complex environments.
Structured thought process, self-initiative, and strong analytical abilities.
Ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) start-up environment.
Demonstrated integrity and respect in performing duties.
