
Administrative Coordinator

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepare and post EDM/property listings in websites and company’s system
- Format proposals and slides to ensure consistency using Microsoft Words and PowerPoint
- Format floorplans and proposals into company's template as required
- Prepare building inspection schedules for the department
- Perform stamp duty, ACRA/INLIS search matters
- Assist in meeting venues reservation if required
- Liaise with finance department on invoicing matters for the department
- Assist in monthly claim submission for Directors of the department
- Prepare quarterly rental information report by collating information from websites and system for the department
- Perform other general administrative duties such as courier arrangement, name card printing and stationary purchase
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- At least GCE ‘A’ Level/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in real estate industry is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel
- High integrity and reliability
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members
- Willing to learn, training will be provided
