**Job Title**: Senior Content Creator
**Location**: SaladStop HQ, Singapore (On-site)

**About the Job**

**Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Production**
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, digital platforms, and campaigns.
- Ensure content reflects the SaladStop brand identity, using tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop**, and **After Effects**.
- Produce on-site photography and videography in SaladStop stores, showcasing products, customer stories, and the brand experience.

**Creative Direction and Strategy**
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals, ensuring innovative and engaging storytelling across platforms.
- Lead the ideation and creation of visual assets for campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop international content strategies as the role evolves.

**Social Media and Community Engagement**
- Manage and create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, leveraging trends to maximize reach and engagement.
- Support user-generated content initiatives and collaborations with influencers to amplify brand presence.
- Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

**Leadership and Collaboration**
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and design teams to execute cohesive campaigns.

**Analytics and Optimization**
- Track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns using analytics tools, refining strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, technologies, and tools to ensure SaladStop remains a digital leader.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in content creation, photography, videography, and social media management.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) and other design/editing tools.
- Strong skills in video editing, short-form content creation, and photography.
- Experience working on content in on-site retail or F&B environments is a plus.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- **PORTFOLIO of past work is required**
