As a member of our family-owned business, you will lead the Team and all projects relating to System Applications and Products (SAP) and Point-of Sales (POS) initiatives within the Regional headquarters and local Retail entities within the Asia Pacific region. As the Team Lead, Business Applications, you will**Team Lead, Business Applications**

Your new job includes
- manage Regional outsourced vendor for the Application Management Services (AMS) which include change management request, ticket incident logs and closure, Service Level Agreement and tracking of Key Performance Indicators.
- keep track on the resolution of outstanding issues and escalation, monthly performance update and annual evaluation of vendor to support the business in the best possible way.
- develop and manage Regional project, expense and capital budget in alignment with Regional and Global IT strategy.
- inspire and motivate team members to achieve set objectives and drive positive engagement, resulting in building team members’ capability for growth and development within the category.

What you should bring along
- a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Information Systems or a related discipline, and practical experience of 15 years with POS consulting services and delivery of large scale project implementation and integration of ERP and POS, preferably within the Retail industry, and three years in a Leadership role in the same capacity.
- a strong working knowledge on SAP modules such as IS Retail, Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Warehousing Management (WM) and at least 5 complete cycle of project implementation as a Functional Lead or Architect and preferrable with experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
- strong Project Management with experience in Agile project methodologies, certification in Scrum Product Owner will be an advantage.
- a systematic way of organizing and setting priorities based on business needs and adapt logical and rationale approach in problem solving with entrepreneurial mindset and passion.
- a strong and reliable leader with the ability to mentor and develop Team Members
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
