As the BI & Data Analytics Lead at ComfortDelGro's Private Mobility Group, you will be responsible for leading the Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics team. Your role will involve developing and implementing data-driven strategies, overseeing the design and maintenance of data systems, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and operational excellence.

You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data analytics solutions align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in data analytics practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the BI and data analytics strategy, aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify key business challenges and opportunities, and design data analytics initiatives to address them effectively.
- Collaborate with senior management to define performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and BI professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Allocate resources effectively and prioritize projects based on business needs and timelines.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing appropriate data governance and data management practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical and analytical techniques to derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business decision-making.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analytics solutions.
- Present findings and insights to senior management and key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Cloud experience, ideally with GCP.
- Proven experience in leading and managing data analytics teams, with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business results.
- Expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools and technologies.
- Experience in creating Dashboard by using Tableau & Power BI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modelling, and data mining techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand and align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
