**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of support and ownership for projects within Global Sales Management (GSM) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
- Assist the GSM Team Lead in developing data-driven insights for the GSM BCO and NVO teams.
- Evaluate and recommend value-added initiatives to align with Trade Management and Strategic Yield Management goals.
- Support the GSM Team Lead in the alignment and execution of strategic and tactical sales initiatives for Global Key Accounts (BCO/NVO segments) to enhance the sales pipeline.
- Streamline and improve processes within the GSM team to drive efficiency.
- Facilitate customer-facing activities for the GSM team to strengthen relationships with Global Key Accounts.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the liner shipping or logistics industry.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple work streams and handling project management tasks.
- Background in front-line key account management and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership abilities and collaborative skills.Knowledge of Salesforce and the liner shipping business is a plus.
