- Description & Requirements- This position is responsible for developing, implementing and executing an SEAK & INDIA region strategy across Regional Service partners and Global System Integrators and sits on the APJ Region senior leadership team. The Alliances leader provides leadership and direction for current and new partners to ensure they meet business objectives and engages cross line of business to support integrated partner processes to build and drive explosive growth through and with partners in the regions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Embodies operational excellence and leadership in creating long-term value by building and enabling an integrated and vibrant Ecosystem.
- Maintains regular coordination and reporting with the APJ General Manager and Regional Sales and Services Leaders to select strategic partners, align the ecosystem with the GTM, and monitor sales pursuits and implementations.
- Builds and manages relationships between Partner and Infor executives to drive business growth and expand Infor's market reach.
- Focuses on pipeline development, particularly for Infor Core CloudSuite products, through partners in the region, including net-new opportunities and leveraging partner marketing investments.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong presentation abilities: Capable of articulating complex technology in a simple manner.
- Business acumen: Well-developed understanding of business strategy.
- Conflict management: Excellent skills in maintaining fairness and firmness.
- Based in the Singapore Office - must be local resident.
- May require up to 25% travel within the APJ region and periodically other regions.
- BA or Masters’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven directly related experience, progressing to senior level role(s)
