**_Position Summary_**
This position is responsible for developing, implementing and executing an Alliance strategy across Regional, Cross Regional and Local partners and sits on the ASEAN Mangement team. The Alliances leader provides leadership and direction for current and new partners to ensure they meet business objectives and engages cross line of business to support integrated partner processes to build and drive explosive growth through and with partners in the region
**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- A strategic business leader who understands the importance of leading by example and being a player/coach with the sales team members.
- Build the ASEAN Alliance Growth Plan to support exponential revenue growth, short, mid and long term.
- Identify key strategic partnerships to invest and develop a joint go to market by focus micro verticals.
- Ensure partner capabilities and capacity are available and aligned with the region GTM priorities.
- Supporting the ASEAN/APJ Region General Manager with partner requirements for sales pursuits and provide weekly updates.
- Ensures business reviews are carried out regularly with key Regional Service partners and Global System Integrators with Sales Leadership and APJ Alliances Lead and oversees the updating of partner business plans.
- Strong consulting background in a top tier system integrator firm or high-growth enterprise software vendor.
- Embodies operational excellence driving the Alliances P&L, key KPIs and commercial contracts
- Proven ability to gain trust across internal functional leaders and country leaders
- Demonstrable track record of successful bookings and of driving complex solution sales cycles from start to finish.
- Pipeline development within region through partners. Including net-new opportunities with partners and leveraging partner marketing investments.
- Person should enable solid Forecasting skills and collaborating with the sales team in that capacity to provide weekly updates.
- Foresight to anticipate potential growing pains and wisdom to build a vision for what this role should evolve into as Infor experiences dynamic and continued growth.

**_Key Requirements/Experience
- **
- Achieve quarterly business metrics for Alliances in your region. These include: Net New Opportunities (Deal Registration), Overall bookings thorough partners, Recruited Partners, Training Accreditations/Certifications and Field Account Alignment meetings.
- Highly developed, clear concise and compelling communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technology simply
- Well-developed business acumen and understanding of business strategy
- Excellent conflict management skills, with the ability to be fair & firm
- Knowledge of the software industry within Enterprise Applications desired
- Clear, concise, and effective communicator - highly developed, clear concise and compelling communication skills. Persuasive pitch & presentation skills
- Excellent sales and management skills
- Evangelise the partnership including joint value proposition with sales teams to ensure awareness
- BA or Masters’ degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven directly related experience, progressing to senior level role(s)
