**About the role**

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the International Dairy Trader will lead the development of a dedicated trading desk focused on dairy products, with a particular emphasis on Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The role involves identifying and executing cross-border commercial opportunities, negotiating full container load deals, and building strategic relationships with both suppliers and customers. The Trader will collaborate closely with internal teams across borders to ensure seamless execution, while leveraging market insights and local knowledge to navigate complex trading environments and drive sustained revenue growth. Regular travel throughout the region is required, and the role includes representing the organisation at relevant industry events.

**About you**

You are a commercially minded, results-driven professional with a proven background in commodity trading, ideally with experience in dairy products. You bring deep expertise in international markets, strong pricing and risk management skills, and a well-established network across the global dairy sector. Known for securing and scaling business relationships, you excel at identifying market gaps, negotiating complex full container load deals, and capitalising on emerging opportunities. You thrive in multicultural, cross-border environments and collaborate effectively within global teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes. Entrepreneurial in spirit and committed to ethical, sustainable business practices, you are comfortable travelling and engaging directly with key stakeholders. Fluency in an Asian language is advantageous.
