About the role As the Senior Creative Designer at Nature One (Singapore) Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand of Nature One and its related companies. Based in the heart of the Downtown Core Central Region, this full-time position will challenge you to combine your exceptional graphic design skills with a deep understanding of our brand and target audience. You shall support the design requirements of the entire SPC Global Group with presence in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. What you'll be doing Conceptualise and design engaging marketing materials, including print advertisements, social media graphics, product packaging, and digital assets Lead and execute the phases of product design for packaging and experience in launching new product designs Collaborate with the marketing team to translate brand strategies into cohesive and visually compelling designs Assist in preparing corporate presentations and materials for internal and external usage Lead the design of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and event setups such as baby fairs to optimize display structures for effectively communicating brand awareness to target audiences. Responsible for product photoshoot and photo/video-taking during events for internal and external usage. Liaison with third party vendors for print/production and maintain good working relationship Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines with efficiency Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers to foster a collaborative design team Continuously seek feedback and iterate on designs to deliver the highest quality work What we're looking for A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Creative Designer, preferably in the consumer goods or dairy industry A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, print design, digital design, and packaging design (for food products)Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the creative field - conceptualise, design and illustrate. Strong visual design concept, with an expert eye and appreciation for photography, typography, layout, colour theory, and information hierarchy Skills in video editing, simple animation, and creative illustrations Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams A keen eye for detail, the ability to think creatively, and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful designs A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field What we offer At Nature One Dairy, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a supportive and nurturing work environment.
