We support business needs by attracting, hiring and developing talent to build up a strong organisation, while managing our workplace and people operations in a way that keeps employees engaged and productive at work. **About the role** - Be a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders on hiring the best talent and designing talent strategies to hire for roles. - Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure long term resource planning strategy. - Lead a team of regional TAs & oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that the process is efficient, effective and meet the business needs. - Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements, timeline, priorities & opportunities to drive and execute recruitment outcomes - Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talents. - Develop, analyze and use recruitment metrics to provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment effectiveness and results. - Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners (universities, job boards, staffing agencies) - Initiate and execute projects/initiatives within TA. - Maintain headcount trackings and automate processes where possible to maximize efficiencies. **About you** - At least 7-12 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for roles across Singapore & other regions. - Proven track record of closing senior roles across different departments/business units across SEA. - In-house recruiting experience & healthcare-related hiring experience are both advantageous. - Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and demonstrate strong leadership, communication and influencing skills. - Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite and interested in evolving trends in HR practices. - Comfortable with fast-paced operations and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done. - A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of what you do, are willing to leave your comfort zone and take on new challenges.. **About Doctor Anywhere** Doctor Anywhere (DA) is a regional tech-enabled, omnichannel healthcare provider delivering care to 2.5 million users across 6 countries in Southeast Asia.
