Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Talent Acquisition)We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist with strong numerical and analytical skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and/or non-executive roles. This role will partner with business units to address manpower needs, analyze recruitment metrics, and support process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition – Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and non-executive employees, including sourcing, initial screening, interviews, final selection up to offer stage. Collaborate with business units – Understand manpower needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline – Address current and future hiring requirements. Process Improvement and Data Analysis – Drive process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and elevate the job seeker experience. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics – (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare recruitment dashboards – Present key insights to management. Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment activities with organizational goals. Provide market insights and data‐driven recommendations to support decision‐making. Requirements Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant talent acquisition experience. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‐solving skills. Detail‐oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, Excel). Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements or automation projects. Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.
