Roles & Responsibilities
**BGC Partners**

Headquartered in London and New York, BGC Partners (NASDAQ: BGCP) is a leading global brokerage firm providing integrated voice and electronic services to wholesale market participates. We offer a full range of brokerage services across fixed income, rates, foreign exchange, equity derivatives, credit derivatives, futures and structured product markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide pricing, brokering and sales services to our clients in Europe, primarily in London
- Business development into the European market
- Calculate dealing prices in accordance with Company pricing policies
- To develop business relationships for the Company by socializing with customers and prospective customers outside the workplace when required
- Partake in on-job-trainings to efficiently become a full-fledged broker
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers
**Requirements**:

- Fluent communications in English (business needs as our client base is primarily in Europe)
- Able to travel to Europe/London for short periods (dependent on travel restrictions)
- Able to work in the London trading hours (night-shifts / night-calls may be required)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
- Any customer service / sales / financials experience is a plus
- Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably quick-witted and numerically inclined
- Good team player
- Good tolerance for stress in a fast-paced environment
