We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a** Structured Products Specialist / Trader - Global Private Banking.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Source pricings for Structured Products across asset classes (rates, credit, commodity, equity, Funds, hybrids)
- Execute Structured Products and Derivatives transactions based on client orders by RMs and ICs
- Trade processing and lifecycle monitoring
- Provide timely recommendations and advise on structured products and underlying to RMs, ICs and clients (client-specific advice*)
- Provide marketing support for all derivatives / structured products to RMs and ICs, when needed
- Help in drafting product launch documentation
- Analyze customer and sales data to derive insights for business growth
- Participate in Platform enhancements:
- Lead business initiatives and projects independently
- Work closely with digital team, platform delivery team and other stakeholders for user requirement development, campaign logistics and customer communications
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal product development and management policies
- Ensure end to end platform readiness and robustness for distribution
- Manage internal relationships with key enablement partners and stakeholders
Accountabilities
- Smooth and timely execution of product launches that are compliant with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
- Quality execution of sales and marketing programs, and process improvement projects according to pre-defined timeline
- Compliance with departmental and organization standard
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in banking, preferably related to Structured Products and Derivatives or Product Management
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/ Business Administration
- Creative and independent Strong analytical skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of investment market and products
