Local Unit & Position Description:
The position will cover a 100% role as Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Digital Solutions DNV - APAC, South East Asia and Oceania.

The location is based in Singapore for Regional Marketing team, direct reporting to SEA Area Manager with dotted line to APAC Regional Marketing Manager. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator works closely with sales team as well as with the Global and Regional Marketing teams.

The position requires good communication and project management skills and a high level of proactivity. Some travelling required related to e.g. execution of tradeshows and customer events.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Event management.
- Arrange and deliver sales and marketing events such as seminars, conference and exhibitions.
- Conduct event and training survey and improve from customers’ feedback.
- Managing marketing materials.
- Maintain sales and marketing presentations, brochures, flyers, posters.
- Manage giveaways within given budget
- Content development
- Create marketing content for SEA and Oceania countries; e.g. Interview customer and draft customer story
- Manage translation projects for sales and marketing materials, webpages with agents
- Regional web publishing and web page maintenance
- Write up PR news
- Lead generation campaigns
- Capture leads to Salesforce through events, survey, training, Linkedin and local campaigns
- Lead handling and follow up with Sales Managers
- Lead generation social media posts via LinkedIn
- Digital advertisement through 3rd party channels
- Organize regional webinars
- Proactive and service minded
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Detail oriented and pay attention to quality
- Project management skills preferred
- Strong client focus
- Strong communication skills
- Work under pressure, multi-task and deliver within deadlines
- Able to travel

Position Qualifications:

- University graduate or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a sales /marketing coordinator, project management or event organizer.
- Experience in marketing for B2B industries.
- Business copy writing in English
- Advantage if knows Malay or Chinese language
- General knowledge of marketing
- Coordination skills, project management and multi-task skills
