**Accounts Manager - Part-time or Full-time**

The Accounts Manager is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial administration of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of accounts receivables, including billing, collections, and write-offs
- Manage all aspects of accounts payables, including processing invoices, making payments, and managing vendor relationships
- Prepare full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Prepare profit and loss reports
- Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis
- Payroll and make CPF contributions on behalf of employees and employer
- File IRAS tax returns
- Compilation and submission of government claims and reservist claims
- Understanding how to use multisig wallets and crypto accounting software, sending onchain transactions and checking onchain information
- Prepare audit documents and work with other departments in connection with annual audits
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual form submissions and surveys to various governmental agencies (e.g. MAS, MOM, IRAS, Statistics Survey, etc.)
- Work with senior management and CFO on budgets and projections
- Work with company secretary on reporting and filings
- Prepare journal entries with supporting documents in accordance with accounting principles and IFRS
- Perform other ad hoc accounting/finance administration tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with experience in digital assets or cryptocurrency
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (Xero)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well updated on IRAS & MOM guidelines, accounting principles and IFRS
- Well updated on government grants
- Experience working with Monetary Authority of Singapore licensed financial institutions a plus
