Senior/research Executive, Public Policy

The Research Executive will support and assist in the delivery of assigned research project activities and will have the opportunity to learn critical research skills and domain knowledge from senior researchers by conducting relevant current affairs, trends, and information, and thereafter translating them into insightful reports, commentaries, and briefings.

The Research Executive is socially curious with demonstrated ability in conducting quantitative analyses and developing professional and intellectually sound deliverables for clients, both independently and in close collaboration with team members. The incumbent will:

- Deliver research for multiple projects and ensure timely project kick-off with clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to develop research methodologies and approaches to address and support the achievement of the client’s business strategic goals
- Conduct quantitative research, develop analytical takeaways, and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations for clients
- Draft deliverables and present findings, including questionnaire design, presentation decks, briefing, insight reports, commentaries, and recommendations
- Provide effective client servicing and maintain regular interaction with clients to build and establish a strategic partner relationship
- Keep abreast of the latest public-policy-specific news, trends, and market changes

**Critical Technical, Professional and Personal Capabilities**
- Degree in Marketing Science, Public Policy, Communications, Brand, Economics, Sociology, or equivalent discipline
- Possess at least 1 year of internship experience conducting custom marketing research projects and/or consulting experience (within government, public/third sector/academic, or at a research consulting firm)
- Ability to understand requirements, documentation, a good grasp of existing technologies with good communication skills to articulate concepts and key messages at scale
- Drive to see plans through to implementation as well as can deliver content
- Possess a proactive learning attitude who is self-motivated and a self-starter
- A collaborative team player who is not afraid to articulate his or her points-of-view
- Organized, meticulous, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task
- Works well under pressure, with the patience and perseverance to see through long timelines

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
