The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of office duties and maintaining the team while interfacing with staff at all levels with the highest level of professionalism and in a manner, that reflects positively on the organization. The QC Office Specialist will work on various office related projects and assisting with daily administrative duties.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Ability to handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and, discretion.
- Responsible for auditing and, reviewing all production run paperwork, batch sheets, line check logs, etc.
- Responsible for filing completed documentation.
- Have a willingness to assist with special tasks and, projects as assigned.
- Ability to accurately record contract packing facility information onto excel spread sheets.
- Willingness to work closely with the department Vice President, Director, Manager and Lab Supervisor.
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.

**Essential Job Requirements**:

- University diploma (Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related areas) OR 2 years of soft drink manufacturing required.
- Preference for fluent in Portuguese, English, and have understanding of Spanish.
- Basic computer operating skills - Word and Excel (desirable knowledge in Smartsheet) and, Microsoft Outlook.
- Positive attitude and, willingness to learn. Must be a team player and, willing to assist other Quality Control team members.
- Good communication skills (verbal/written).
- Good documentation skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and, accuracy.
- Self-directed and, motivated.
- Demonstrate good punctuality and, attendance.
- Superior organization and, time management skills.
