Regional Talent Director

The Regional Talent & Organisational Development Director will be responsible for leading the efforts to build and scale the talent landscape in the organization. This newly created role will be the primary architect of the talent framework and solutions that will be the foundation to the continued success and growth of the business
**Duties and responsibilities**:
**1. **Talent Acquisition**
- Positioning the company as Employer of Choice through consistent promotion of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding across the region.
**2. **Talent Management**
- Conceptualize, develop and implementation of Talent Management framework and deliver talent management strategy in the region.
- Create, drive and management the talent review, succession planning and talent development process for the region. Builds talent pipeline and development of high potential talents.
- Partner closely with business and local HR team to ensure talents and programs meets the organisation’s needs.
- Lead the development and facilitation of Leadership Development Programs(s) that are aligned with the Company’s values.
- Parnters with the Training team to deliver development programs and ensure alignment and best practice sharing across the countries. Assess and transform performance management process to drive high performance and engagement.
**3. **Organisation Development**
- Lead Strategic Workforce Planning exercise to anticipate and prepare organization for growth and changes to its structure, process and job scope to improve efficiency.
- Assess business challenges and assess organizational health status. Assist with organizational design and change initiatives to address these challenges. Monitor progress and suggest continuous improvements. Build capability in business leaders and broader HR team. Acting as an internal consultant on organisation design and talent solutions.
**4. **Employee Engagement/Relationship**
- Lead employee engagement surveys and help subsidiaries by advising, tracking and monitoring their progress and improvements.
- Support and coordinate regional and subsidairies employee engagement and team bonding activities to ensure better collaboration among team members. Lead and develop Diversity and Inclusion strategy in the region. Promote, manage and monitor D&I projects and initiatives.
**Profile Requisite**
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 15 years experience in luxury retail or related industry
- Knowledgable in all HR topics
- Ability to do stand-up training and facilitation
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Comfortable in matrix organisation and ambiguity
