**We are looking for a passionate people leader with exceptional expertise in building, growing and coaching high performance Solutions Engineering teams for Analytics.**:
**Reporting to the Vice President for Solutions Engineering APJ, you will be leading the Solutions Engineering organisation across all industries with our management team.**:
**As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the sales leadership and their sales teams in Tableau and Salesforce to ensure the Solutions Engineering teams are optimised to drive our strategies and growth plans in the region. You will be instrumental in engaging, managing and closing strategic deals, where Tableau and Salesforce are striving to deliver business and data transformation to our customers' long-term sustainable success and demonstrate a commitment to our core values**:

***:**You are a Forward Thinker, Thought Leader with a passion for Data and Analytics, and the value it brings. Pivotal to this will be your understanding of industry trends and market opportunities to engage with CXOs **in transforming their organisations and providing strategic counsel to CXOs and executives within the data landscape. This will include the ability to advise CXOs and executives on strategies for data transformation, data culture, industry trends and digital innovation in a compelling and engaging fashion. **You have numerous examples of bringing new thinking to customers, your team and your current company.**
**You will guide, advise, and support your team of Solutions Engineers in strategic deals, sales partnering as well as manage team resourcing, coaching and career planning. You are **instrumental in **leading the team through change, scaling, and **bringing together the various SEs to work as one team. Being a senior leader of the Solutions Engineering team, you will also be responsible for developing our managers to be our future leaders, and ensuring that there is an effective succession plan.**
**WHO YOU ARE:
**You have demonstrated success in building and managing a high performance Solutions Engineering organisation with a will to win, and continuous improvement, and the ability to evaluate, develop and reshape an existing team as necessary while mentoring and inspiring the team.**
**Additionally, you have a track record of success in the following areas**:
- **Exceptional Leadership. **An experienced leader who has developed and led managers and individual contributors in the software industry, preferably from a presales/Solutions Engineering perspective or related customer facing functions. **Demonstrated success in mentoring and inspiring a Solutions Engineering team to focus on innovation, employee & customer success to drive growth.**
- **Stakeholder Management. **Proven collaborator and relationship builder up to C-level across multi-functions. Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders to drive results.**:
- **Technically Astute. **Strong background in Solutions Engineering in the enterprise software industry, with a passion for technology, preferably in the data and analytics space - Business Intelligence, ETL, Analytics, AI/ML, CRM, Big Data, Data Science and Enterprise Architecture.**:
- **Strong Communicator. **Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.**:
- **Adaptable and Transformational. **Used to working in high growth, matrix organisation where you have influenced, led and driven change, taking the business to the next level through disruptive thinking and innovation.**:
- **Data Driven. **A highly passionate data advocate with **strategic and analytical skills **in using data to measure and drive effectiveness and performance.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Hire, Develop, Retain. **Lead and grow the Solutions Engineering team ensuring we continue to hire and retain top talent in the market, providing career growth opportunities, developing our next-gen leadership and effective succession planning.**:
- **Leadership. **Partner with sales leadership to provide strategy and support for business development, accounts development, pipeline generation and deal management. Ensure each SE is enabled, empowered and accountable to deliver high quality work and
