- Daily Media Monitoring
- Reporting
- Weekly PR update
- Monthly PR report
- Media Pitching (Brand and Product Stories)
- Draft review pitch for supervisor to approve
- Review media list
- Deliver all product assets to media
- Collate interest from media and seek approval for loans and sponsorships
- Track and follow-up on owed coverage
- Writing
- Assist in writing first drafts for press material
- Press Release
- Support for ad-hoc activities
- Logistical support for product launches
- Ad-hoc support for MY/AU PR efforts (regional)
- First draft written content when needed

**Partnership Jobscope**

Maintain BAU partnerships
- Monthly Billing
- Voucher top-up
- Product stock updates
- Ensure PRISM+ is paid for its invoices
- Ensure deliverables such as Marketing collaterals are delivered on both ends

Reporting
- Weekly Partnership updates and summary
- Monthly partnership performance report

Logistics
- Manage all deliveries of products to partners
- Ensure sponsored and loan products are delivered on time and with proper instructions
- Troubleshoot delivery issues
- Ensure all loan products are returned in a timely manner

All other ad-hoc requests from partners including the facilitation and exchange of assets for marketing purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma, preferably in Mass Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Business, Marketing or any communications-related field
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months
- Strong command of English language (spoken and written)
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Canva
- Highly motivated with interest in the art of reputation management and crafting narratives to persuade public opinion
- Detail-oriented individual keen to work in one of Singapore’s fastest growing consumer electronic brands
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
- Comfortable to interact and converse on the phone and in-person
- Deadline driven

Even better if:

- Previous internship experience in a comms-related role
- Passion or curiosity in the art of reputation management and crafting narratives to persuade public opinion
- Understanding of today’s media landscape
- Skills in Photoshop a bonus
