Our worldwide renown is complemented by captivating muses such as Charlize Theron, Natalie Portman, and Robert Pattinson, making every creation a testament to the enduring allure of Parfums Christian Dior. **Job Description** What we offer** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career advancement within a global luxury brand - A diverse and inclusive workplace - Ongoing training and development programs - Experience the prestige of working with iconic beauty and fragrance brands **Your day-to-day role** **Campaign Activations** - Assist on planning of PR events, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned - Event management, including set-up and tear-down, on-site management and hosting of PR guests, post-event coordination **PR & Communications Support** - Preparation of PR materials, from downloading of assets from Central to adaptation for local usage - Trend identification, KOLs scouting and liaison for selected campaigns - Execution of PR campaigns including preparation of briefs, KOL lists for Central validation, dissemination of PR packages - Coordination with media and influencers on logístical details e.g. product sendouts for shoots **Administrative Support** - Assist on ordering and packing of PR stocks - Assist on vendor creation, PO raising, quotation & invoice tracking - Competitor tracking of new product launches, PR and KOL activities - Ad-hoc tasks **Qualifications** Your skills and experience** - Have a passion for luxury beauty - Out-going personality, able to adapt to fast-paced environment and multi-task - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken - Have a keen eye for detail - Proficient in English, additional proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage - Intermediate - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Photoshop/illustrator for edit of artworks **Additional Information** Join us** Be part of the legacy of LVMH and Christian Dior, and join us in shaping the future of beauty and fragrance.
