Bonfiglioli is a worldwide designer, manufacturer and distributor of a complete range of gearmotors, drive systems, planetary gearboxes and inverters, which satisfy the most challenging and demanding needs in industrial automation, mobile machinery and renewable energy. **MISSION**
In this role you will be a key contributor for Malaysia’s market development through the identification of business opportunities, the promotion of company image and building relationships with existing and potential key customers.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- You will provide a depth understanding of the national markets/sectors trends, products requirements, potential business risks/ opportunities and competitors benchmarking
- You will contribute in developing and delivering the annual business plan and set appropriate monthly and quarterly targets in line with overall sales strategy
- You will identify new business opportunities, through “on the field” active search and scouting of potential key customers offering them best products/solutions and available
- You will collaborate with HQ Sector and Regional Sales into the definition of new product/solutions requirements relevant to the national market
- You will develop all budget and resource plans for your assigned area in order to ensure that business objectives are delivered in accordance with financial and performance targets
- You will contribute to sales and marketing strategy in the assigned area, ensuring that operational considerations and implementation issues are taken into account.
- You will initiate projects to analyze and improve systems, processes and workflows to ensure sales activities are delivered with optimal efficiency and customer service
- You will monitor and continuously review sales performance against plan and put in place timely and appropriate actions to deliver targets
- You will build key internal and external stakeholder relationships including a network across Bonfiglioli and manage the integration of department each other.
- You will visit, periodically, the target Key Accounts in order to maintain strong relationships and collect customers’ needs.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- You have 7+ years on selling experience and good track record
- You have ability to influence at multiple level
- You have proven knowledge and understanding of gearboxes and drive systems
- You are fluent in English language, spoken and written
