Personal Finance Acquisition of Personal Loans, Credit Lines, Motor Vehicle, Insurance plus other forms of tradition and alternative services As we expand our operations in Singapore and Malaysia, we are looking for dynamic and driven Remote Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong desires to be in a rewarding industry, who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment. Position Overview: As a Remote Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in guiding clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to final approval. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial situation and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of the mortgage and business finance market in Singapore and Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on mortgage and business finance options to clients in Singapore and Malaysia, helping them navigate the mortgage process from start to finish. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, identifying the best mortgage products to meet their needs. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete. Liaise with financial institutions and lenders to secure the most favorable mortgage terms for clients. Stay up-to-date with current mortgage trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes in Singapore and Malaysia. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders. Offer ongoing support and advice to clients, even after the mortgage approval process is complete. Qualifications: Strong desire to excel, self discipline and good work ethics needed No experience required Proven experience as a Mortgage Specialist, Loan Officer, or similar role in the financial services industry is a huge advantage Strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulations in Singapore and Malaysia is a bonus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and mortgage applications simultaneously Analytical mindset to assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
