About The Job

Partner with line managers and employees by providing the full spectrum of HR functions with main focus on payroll processing and HR operations.

Key tasks:

- Respond to and resolve incoming HR related requests from managers, employees and HR colleagues
- Investigate and when relevant escalate requests to the appropriate HR area team
- Maintain the HR information on the self-service portal and the internal HR knowledge database
- Cooperate with HR Business Partner on specific business needs when relevant
- Play a role in improving the local HR support services and HR information
- Play a role in continuously improving/updating the internal HR knowledge base
- Promote a working culture where processes are followed in order to secure HR service delivery quality
- Participation in HR and/or line of business projects
- Support delivery of HR processes performance management, salary & bonus review
- Ensure legal compliance
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and have a good understanding payroll practice in accordance to legislative requirements (Eg, CPF) for Singapore

What you know?
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline.
- Preferred minimum 3 - 5 years of HR generalist experience
- Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
