**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and parents.
- Issue visitor passes and manage front desk operations during open houses and meet-the-parents sessions.
- Act as the first point of contact for new applicants, establishing positive relationships with parents/guardians.
- Provide support to parents/guardians throughout the admissions process.
- Coordinate school tours in collaboration with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.
- Ensure the reception and library areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
**Admissions Responsibilities**
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate enquiry records.
- Conduct pre-course counseling for prospective students and families.
- Track admission cases and follow up diligently, including verifying student visa and residency status.
- Check and monitor students’ Dependent Pass (DP) status.
- Update and manage AGP and Google Drive records for admissions.
- Oversee and manage cases related to student withdrawals, course transfers, and deferments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records.
- Assist with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding Protection Scheme (FPS) and Annual Returns requirements.
- Maintain individual student P-Files and ensure confidentiality.
- Notify teachers about new student onboarding and provide necessary assistance with student matters.
- Collaborate with the Headteacher to assign classes for new students, including coordinating Personalized Learning Plans (PLP) when necessary.
- Manage and maintain APG software to support admissions and student records.
**Procurement**
- Handle school purchasing and supplier quotations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the director and management
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive and takes the initiative to address issues and improve processes
- Proficiency in Google workspace.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
