Since opening its doors in 2008, Ubisoft Singapore has become the biggest AAA game development studio in Southeast Asia. Job Description
**WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOURNEY**

The Procurement Department oversees acquiring goods and services for Ubisoft group. Its main missions are:

- To reduce costs where possible
- To bring a high service level to internal customers
- To control external risks

We bring value to purchases: We support and add value to Ubisoft’s operations by making the best deal to fill the company’s needs and what suppliers can offer in terms of quality, cost & risk leverage, in a fair and ethical manner. The primary focus of this role is on costs and risks which involves benchmarking & coordination, sharing of good practices and tools as rolled-out by the global Ubisoft Procurement Community.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- The Local Procurement Specialist oversees procurement for hardware, software, middleware and connectivity together with IT Buyers at HQ (mainly via global contracts);
- Manage Studio local sourcing needs, from the definition of the business need to sourcing, Purchase Order Management and the payment follow-up;
- For PR that are complex or at stakes at BU level, adapts the right sourcing methodology (Project Management, RFx, Negotiation, etc);
- Help internal clients in expressing their needs in a clear manner, including objectives on Quality - Cost - Timing;
- Remain in close interactions with Global Buyers network and other procurement coordinators;
- Maintain close links with the global purchasing operations;
- Establish close interactions with Accounting;
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with dedicated portfolio of internal clients;
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with suppliers;
- Respect the highest ethical standards, at any time, when dealing with suppliers (especially concerning benefits that can be offered);

Qualifications
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- An extensive experience in procurement / buying, and a large knowledge about Global Procurement best practices;
- A solid business partnering, to transform business needs into effective procurement actions & solutions;
- Good leadership & stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working in a tech work environment is a big plus;
- You possess good analytical, presentation and negotiation skills;
