**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operational HR support related to recruitment, new hire onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, employee welfare benefits, HR administrative support, training and development, performance, and talent management
- Support employees in consultative guidance/mediation on HR policies, practices, and employee relations matters
- Conduct entry/stay/exit interviews with analysis for improvements.
- Administration of internship program by working with local tertiary institutions
- Support and evaluate the continuous improvement of innovative HR process, policies, and strategies
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource / Psychology or other related courses of studies. IHRP-CP certification will be an advantage
- At least 1 year of HR generalist experience
- Deep working knowledge of local employment law and its processes
- Strong empathy and positive attitude
- Proactive and assertive team player with excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
