**Your role**
- Do you have a strong business risk management and project management background in the financial industry? Are you a good communicator who can deal with multiple stakeholders and their needs? Are you excited to work closely with GWM management on risk matters?
- We are looking for someone like you to join our GWM APAC Business Risk Organization (BRO) Governance and Conduct team. In your new role, you will:
- provide advice and support to GWM business on risk topics
- ensure proper risk governance and front-to-back (F2B) oversight
- contribute to new and ongoing initiatives to further strengthen culture & conduct in GWM HK / SG
- report key updates to management including risks, issues & dependencies in appropriate forums and provide guidance on mitigation (e.g., prepare risk reports for Location Management Committees)
- oversee independent reviews of GWM APAC business by internal and external parties (e.g., regulatory inspections)
- identify upcoming risks, analyze and pro-actively address them
- support GWM APAC BRO in covering run-the-bank and change-the-bank business management activities

**Your team**
- You will be based in Singapore as part of the GWM APAC BRO Governance and Conduct (G&C) team.
- We are a committed and dynamic team of professionals located in both Hong Kong and Singapore, responsible for the continuous monitoring, assessment and reporting of the risk profile of the GWM APAC business. We enable efficient and proper risk decision and governance process, maintain front-to-back oversight of risk matters impacting GWM business. In addition, we are responsible for driving various initiatives to elevate the culture and conduct standards, maintaining oversight and enabling proper governance of culture and conduct matters for both GWM APAC.

**Your expertise**
- completed higher education with five to eight years of experience in the financial industry
- experience in risk management, business management, compliance, operational risk or internal audit
- comprehensive understanding of wealth management business and the regulatory requirements in Singapore and Hong Kong
- strong collaboration skills and team player qualities, encompassing ability to build partnerships, coordinate and communicate across GWM functions
- strong communication, written and presentation skills
- proven analytical skills and commercial judgement that help articulate rational solutions (data analytical skill would be advantageous)
- ability to handle multiple projects with mínimal oversight, and to respond to changing business priorities
- strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
