**Your role**
- Are you excited to work closely with GWM management on risk matters? Do you like to educate others, encouraging high quality standards? Do you want to help us manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients?
- We are looking for someone like you to join our GWM APAC Business Risk Organization (BRO) Governance and Conduct team. In your new role, you will:
- provide advice and support to GWM business on risk topics
- ensure proper risk governance and front-to-back (F2B) oversight
- work closely with the Risk Culture Ambassadors (Market Team Heads) to drive culture & conduct enhancements, including the recognition program, for GWM APAC
- report key updates to management including risks, issues & dependencies in appropriate forums and provide guidance on mitigation
- identify upcoming risks and pro-actively address them through analysis of available data
- support GWM APAC BRO in covering run-the-bank and change-the-bank business management activities

**Your team**
- You will be based in Singapore as part of the GWM APAC Business Risk Organization (BRO) Governance and Conduct team. We are a committed and dynamic team of professionals located in both Hong Kong and Singapore, responsible for the continuous monitoring and reporting of the risk profile of the GWM APAC business. We enable efficient and proper risk decision and governance process, maintain front-to-back oversight of risk matters impacting GWM business. In addition, we are responsible for driving various initiatives to elevate the culture and conduct standards, maintaining oversight and enabling proper governance of culture and conduct matters for GWM APAC. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

**Your expertise**
- completed higher education with five to eight years of experience in the financial industry
- experience in risk management, business management, compliance, operational risk or internal audit
- comprehensive understanding of wealth management business and the regulatory requirements in Singapore and Hong Kong
- strong collaboration skills and team player qualities, encompassing ability to build partnerships, coordinate and communicate across GWM functions
- good written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be facilitating training)
- proven analytical skills and commercial judgement that help articulate rational solutions (data analytical skill would be advantageous)
- ability to handle multiple projects with mínimal oversight, and to respond to changing business priorities
- strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
