**Your role**

- We’re looking for a Business Risk Specialist to:
- Support the ongoing efforts to enhance the design and operational effectiveness of APAC WM COO control environment.
- Support with key stakeholders across 1LoD (first Line of Defense), 2LoD and 3LoD.
- Produce and review of relevant reports / risk metrics ensuring the risks are identified, understood and addressed in a timely manner.
- Identify risk areas in current processes and support APAC WM COO organization in the definition and execution of mitigation plans.
- Support Business Risk Management team with core framework delivery support, as required (RCSA, ORI etc.).
- Contribute to the operational success of the team by performing assessments, deep dive reviews and reporting to stakeholders.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Business Risk Organization supporting APAC WM COO in Business Risk Management. Our team provides support to the Chief Operating Officer in the areas of front to back operational risk management. In this role, you will work closely with Business Managers and Control Functions both at a global and regional level to ensure business, regulatory and operational risks are identified, understood and assessed, controls are designed and operating effectively and issues are appropriately reported and are sustainably remediated.

**Your expertise**
- at least 2 years’ relevant experience in operations, compliance, or similar role.
- collaborative personality and attention to detail.
- proactive and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills.
- understanding of Operations / COO.
