RESPONSIBILITIES - Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. - Develop product specifications and design test procedures and standards. - Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. - Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends. - Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur. - Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports. - Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate. - Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. - Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical or information technology - At least 5 years of experience for Product development, project implementation, sales and proposal exercise. - Database structure design skill for Oracle or SQL database. - Experience in Supply Chain, Logistic, Tank Farm project knowHow.
