**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Summary**:
***Brenntag is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to drive the global implementation of our ServiceNow MVP for Finance - Shared Services Centers (SSC). This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a Global Team to deliver significant improvements in an existing heterogenous environment, being able to add real value to the business and drive service excellence.
The person will be responsible for managing the SSC ServiceNow delivery scope, ensuring ServiceNow provides the tools and resources needed to optimize customer case management (CSM). ServiceNow deployments are instrumental in realizing the vision to empower our workforce, elevate user experiences, increase efficiency, and bring transparency to the SSC organization.
The role of ServiceNow Project Manager will report to ITSM & IT Policy Lead.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the implementation of our ServiceNow MVP for Brenntag Shared Services to all countries and regions globally
- Lead Fit Gap activities for new SSC regions, Training and Communication roadmaps
- Overall lead and be the single point of contact for all SSC ServiceNow projects, ensuring project milestones are completed
- Facilitate the definition of the project scope, requirements and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop, control and communicate the project plan, timeline and milestones
- Track and report project deliverables to the project team and identified stakeholders, through routine status reports and meetings
- Manage Risk, Issues and Changes on an ongoing basis
- Responsible for acquiring resources as needed and coordinating the team
- Facilitate activities through training, testing, go-live, and post go-live support
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Partnering with business stakeholders to identify process improvements, optimization and automation of workflows
- Facilitate continuous improvement and enhancements of the Now Platform using both external and internal technical resources
- Develop and implement proven best practices for successful ServiceNow adoption and increased user experience
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
- 10+ years of professional experience, with minimum 5 years project management experience
- Proven track record managing ServiceNow implementations, including CSM
- Experience in Shared Services (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS)
- Strategic thinker who is business-centric and customer-focused; demonstrate the ability to translate businesses requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience in delivering high level of customer focus and strong customer support
- Experience in people development and can inspire and motivate team members
- Strong analytical skills, influencing skills, and empathy
- Strong communication skills, in both written and verbal
- Self-starter, proactive, and collaborative
**Desirables**:
- ITIL Foundation Certificate a plus.
- PMP / Prince2 certified a plus.
- LEAN experience a plus.
- Chemical Industry Experience a plus.
