Senior Business Advisor

**Job description**:
- To provide advisory, consultation, planning, and administration works for InCorp’s fund and asset management multinational clients, which includes assisting clients in developing and coordinating appropriate support and handling queries of the company’s corporate management and its investors, financial modelling, and valuation of businesses.
- Drive the preparation and maintenance of marketing materials for InCorp’s clients which includes, but not limited to, investor presentations, Private Placement Memorandum and Due Diligence materials.
- Assist InCorp’s Clients with the execution of fundraising activities, optimising InCorp’s clients’ communication with their investors and coordinating the information needs through requests and on-site visits
- Manage the fundraising process and servicing existing investor base on behalf of clients as an outsourced advisor/consultant
- Provide advisory for InCorp’s Clients on the preparation and coordination of periodic and ad-hoc Investor Meetings
- Coordinate with InCorp’s Accounts & Finance Outsourcing and InCorp’s Clients’ lawyers on reporting obligations
- Ability to start work immediately with an identified / engaged client based in Hong Kong.
**Requirement**:
- At least a Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or similar; MBA is preferable
- More than 10 years’ experience working as a consultant, business advisor or investor relations role in a financial institution, asset management or related industry
- Extensive knowledge with financial modeling and valuation methods relating to fundraising and/or merger & acquisition
- Able to present and articulate well in both written and verbal communications
- Able to work well as a team focused environment
- Individuals with previous working relationships (directly or indirectly) with potential / existing clients is a big plus
